Some Indian Desi Swag

Here I am, at 7 weeks postpartum, without a messy bun or dark circles. I was able to pull this look off in 45 mins while my husband watched our baby girl. Cheers to mom life!!

Let’s talk some desi swag – I have always bought Indian clothes from local markets in India but this time, I decided to look for outfits online and found this brand – Bunaai. It is founded by a fellow Indian blogger and boss babe Pari Choudhary and my experience has been nothing short of great. It feels so surreal to see women reaching great heights and social media has a huge role in it.

I ordered this Pink/green Suit set in size S and it fits me perfectly. I love the tassel dupatta/scarf and the vibrant color combo in it. I didn’t have to alter it yet but I will be adjusting the size once I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I got this outfit delivered to my parents’ address in India and it arrived in less than 10 days. My mom got it to the US when she came to visit me. I believe, they do ship internationally but I do not have any experience with that. I am not affiliated with them and I did purchase this outfit with my own money. I only share something I truly love.

Hello Again!!

It’s been a while, I have missed you all and missed being in my
element. However, I truly adore what I have now and wouldn’t trade it for
anything in the world. On January 16, 2019, I gave birth to my most precious
being – my Daughter Esme. I introduced her briefly on my social media and I
plan to share a lot more of her to the world.

She can She will

I have great ideas for my blog and will be starting a mini styling series soon. To make up for the lost time, I will be sharing my pregnancy, Labor and delivery experience here on the blog before anything else.

Thank you for being patient. I look forward to interacting with
you again.
